Nathan Himi, the owner, symbolically opened the gates of his second restaurant, Rambla, on November 24th 2007. Exactly one year after opening the first one – popular El Gaucho. (La) Rambla was named after 1258,59 meters long promenade in Barcelona, which is considered the artery of Spanish metropolis and supplies with its vital energy and good mood the rest of the town. This ultra long street has got two different faces. During the day it is a huge market place framed with flowers, full of coffee shops and restaurants. This calm street turns in the evening to the big party and becomes the centre of fun.
Under a new name All You Can Eat Grill & Tapas, Rambla is the first restaurant in Bratislava offering its customers a unique lunch & dinner menu in the All You Can Eat style. Vegetarians or “the less hungry” can enjoy the tapas and salad menu - All You Can Eat Tapas & Salad- priced at only 6.90 Eur for lunch and 11.90 Eur for dinner. Menu offers an unlimited amount of 20 mixed salads, grilled vegetables, Spanish tapas, Mediterranean spreads, homemade soups, and other original specialties. Meat lovers will not resist the complete All You Can Eat Tapas, Salad & Grill menu, priced at 12.90 Eur for lunch and 18.90 Eur for dinner, which in addition to tapas and salad bar also offers grill meat skewers, e.g. Lamb Cutlet with Parmesan, Entrecote with Sea Salt, and other favorite meat delicacies, such Spare Ribs and Chicken Breast in Bacon. From seafood, guests have a choice of Grilled Shrimp, Salmon Fillet and Fried Calamari. Unlimited side dishes are also served with the menu, including home made bread, rice and potatoes.
Visiting Rambla will be for most of you an exciting and entertaining occasion. Each guest obtains a two-colored card, which will signal the waiter if more food is needed. Green means that more food can be served; red means no more food is needed at a moment. The basic rule in Rambla is - Eat all you can for a fixed price.
